Privacy policy

Klikbox ("we") helps creators write, produce and publish video episodes. This policy explains what we do with information from accounts you connect, and from your use of Klikbox.
What we collect
- The content you create in Klikbox: story ideas, scripts, character descriptions, images, video and audio.
- When you connect YouTube: an OAuth token for the channel you choose, granted with the
youtube.uploadpermission. - When you connect TikTok: an OAuth token granted with the
video.uploadpermission. - A record of each upload we make for you: the platform, video ID, time and privacy setting.
How we use YouTube and TikTok access
Only to upload the videos you ask us to post, with the title, description, privacy and schedule you set. We do not read, edit or delete your existing videos, comments, subscribers or analytics. Every upload is marked as containing altered or synthetic content, because every video made in Klikbox is AI-generated.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share YouTube or TikTok data with anyone. To produce your content we send prompts and images to the AI service providers that generate text, images, video and speech for us; they process that content only to return results to us.
Klikbox's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deleting data
You can disconnect YouTube or TikTok at any time, or remove access in your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked we delete the stored token within 7 days. To delete your account and everything you created, email support@klikbox.app; we delete it within 30 days.
YouTube
Klikbox uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Security
Tokens are kept on our servers, are never shown to other users, and are used only to make the uploads you request.
